Monarch does not complete psychological evaluations. Psychological evaluationss need to be completed by a licensed clinical psychologist. Most health insurance plans will require your child to have a psychological evaluation in order to determine benefits coverage.

You should contact a licensed clinical psychologist who has familiarity assessing children. You may want to check with your health insurance plan to inquire about psychologists who are in-network with your plan.
